Thank you for shopping with Starlett Hair! We are committed to providing top-quality wigs, bundles. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please review our store policies before making a purchase.


Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.


Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Carriers: We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Shipping Time: Domestic shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. International shipping times may vary.

  • Signature Requirement: High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery.

  • Lost or Delayed Packages: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly.


Returns & Exchanges

  • All Sales Are Final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns.

  • Exchanges: Only allowed in cases of incorrect or defective items. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Hair must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging to be eligible.


Quality Assurance

  • All hair is thoroughly inspected before shipping.

  • Hair may be dyed or styled, but we are not responsible for damage caused by improper treatment.

  • Slight variations in color and curl pattern are normal due to the nature of 100% virgin human hair.


Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After 24 hours, orders are considered final and begin processing.
